High School, Nallacheruvu Village and Mandal, Sri Satya Sai District. 2. Learned Standing Counsel for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 passed on signed instructions of Respondent No.2, wherein the work executed by the Petitioner and the amount claimed by the Petitioner were not disputed, but it is only stated that bill with regard to the amount due to the Petitioner is waiting for fund clearance. 3. Considering the fact that there is no dispute with regard to the work executed by the Petitioner and the amount claimed by the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with the following directions:- (i) The Respondents are directed to disburse the 4 amount due to the Petitioner within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (ii) There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand closed.
