JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 4 23-07-2026 Heard the parties. 2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shivnarayanpur P.S. Case No. 103 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 87/3(5) of the BNS but the Court below has taken cognizance under Sections 64/87, 137(2) of the BNS and under Section 4 of the POCSO Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of abducting the victim. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2025. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that from the FIR and the statement Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26845 of 2026(4) dt.23-07-2026 2/2 of the victim, it appears that the victim had herself eloped from her house. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed. 7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Shivnarayanpur P.S.
