The Court made the following ORDER:
Heard Ms S.L.N. Harika, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr.M.Sudheer, learned counsel for the Gram Panchayat and Mr.Abhishek Malik, learned counsel representing Mrs.S. Pranathi, learned Standing Counsel for CRDA and Mr.M.Karthik, learned counsel representing Mr.J.Janaki Rami Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.3 and 4. 2) The grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is that the 2nd respondent is not taking any action against the illegal and unauthorized constructions in Sy.No.372/A at D.No.8-88/2 and D.No.8-87 respectively at Pedaparimi village, Thullur Mandal, being carried out by respondent Nos.3 and 4, without obtaining any prior permissions as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and for consequential directions. By way of interim relief, the petitioner sought a direction to consider the representations dated 27.11.2025 stated to have been made to the 2nd respondent. 3) The 5th respondent was impleaded vide orders dated 28.01.2026 in I.A.No. 2 of 2025. Be that as it may.
4) Ms.S.L.N. Harika, learned counsel with reference to averments made in the writ affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, made detailed submissions, inter alia, pointing out that the action of the respondents, more particularly respondent Nos.2 and 5 in allowing the constructions by the unofficial respondents without obtaining any permission, prompted the
4
petitioner to file the Writ Petition. She submits that the inaction on the part of the respondent authorities in taking appropriate decision on the representation dated 27.11.2025 made by the petitioner, amounts to abdication of duties and therefore, appropriate orders may be passed. 5) On behalf of the 5th respondent, Mr.M.Sudheer, learned standing counsel placed a copy of the instructions dated 04.02.2026, for perusal of the Court. He submits that in the light of the complaints with regard to the constructions without obtaining necessary permission, notices were issued to the unofficial respondents. 6) However, the matter need not be examined in detail, more particularly in the light of the Provisional Orders dated 18.12.2025 passed by the 2nd respondent, copies of which are placed for perusal of this Court by the learned counsel representing the 2nd respondent. As seen from the said proceedings, it is discernible that some constructions are taken up by the respondent Nos.3 and 4 without obtaining permission and therefore they were directed to stop all unauthorized constructions as seen from the Order dated 30.01.2026. It is also noted that the Provisional Order is confirmed. 7) In the light of the said orders, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed. Therefore, the Writ Petition is closed, as no further orders are necessary. No costs. 5
8) Consequently, the Miscellaneous Applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed. NINALA JAYASURYA,J Date:05.02.2026 Ssv
