The present Review Petition has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 14.05.2026 passed by this Court in Transfer Petition (Civil) No. 172/2025 (Anjana Jangde Vs. Lakshamaneshwar Prasad Jangde). 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the modification sought is to permit the petitioner/husband to appear before the learned Family Court, Balodabazar, through Video Conferencing in aforesaid order. 5. Having considered the purpose of Review Petition, this Court is not inclined to review or modify the order dated 14.05.2026 passed in TPC No. 172/2025. 6. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the concerned Family Court, Balodabazar, seeking permission to appear through Video Conferencing. If such an application is filed, the concerned Family Court shall consider and decide the same in accordance with the rules framed by the High Court. 7.
