The petitioner is an accused in connection with Barharwa P.S. Case No. 106 of 2020. 3. The son of the informant was murdered by unknown persons and hanged. 4. It has been submitted by learned Counsel for the petitioner by referring to para 166 of the case diary that the petitioner and the deceased stayed together on rent and earlier there was a quarrel between them which has created a suspicion about the petitioner being involved in eliminating the son of the informant. 5. Learned Counsel submits that save and except suspicion there is no other material which would indicate about the culpability of the petitioner in committing the murder of the son of the informant. 6. Learned Counsel adds that the petitioner is in custody since 30.10.2025. 7. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 8. Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner seems to have been implicated primarily on account of suspicion, he is directed to be ( 2026:JHHC:9053 ) released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rajmahal in connection with Barharwa P.S.
