JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioner seeks for the following reliefs:- “a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other suitable writ, orders, directions, directing the respondents to pay the petitioner arrears of salary from 02.04.2017 to 31.01.2021 as per the terms and conditions at Sl.No.2 of the appointment order dated 29.06.2013 and the representation of the petitioner dated 02.08.2023 in lieu of the order dated 19.07.2023 passed in W.P.No.52470/2019; b) Any other reliefs as deemed fit by this Hon’ble court under the given circumstances.” - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:19534 WP No. 9484 of 2026 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4 and learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 and 5 and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representation dated 02.08.2023 at Annexure-E submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider his representation dated 02.08.2023 at Annexure-E and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision bearing in mind order dated 19.07.2023 passed by a co-ordinate bench of this Court in W.P.No.52470/2019, judgment dated 20.11.2025 passed by Hon’ble Division bench of this Court passed in W.A.No.746/2026 - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:19534 WP No. 9484 of 2026 and Order dated 27.02.2026 passed by Hon’ble Apex Court in S.L.P.(C) No.7532/2026 at Annexures-E, G and H respectively in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
