No. 15015 of 2022 which was dismissed for default on 12.10.2022 and 27.01.2024 in non-compliance of the order dated 21.09.2022 and 12.01.2024 respectively by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 15015 of 2022. 3. The Cr. Misc. No. 15015 of 2022 was filed for quashing of FIR being Digha P.S. Having considered the materials available on record and the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to restore Cr. Misc. No. 15015 of 2022. 5.
