The petitioner is in custody for 243 days. He is not the FIR named accused. His name came up at the time of investigation of the principal accused. 2. It has been submitted that the petitioner is no way connected with the incident. He may be released on bail. 3. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail. 4. It appears that the sole accused disclosed the name of the petitioner and clearly indicated that he was involved in the supply of the contraband substance. The communication between the sole accused and the petitioner is revealed from the CDR analysis. 5. It appears that the commercial quantity of contraband was recovered from the sole accused who is in custody. 6. As the petitioner has been found to be actively involved in the supply of the contraband, accordingly, this Court is not 2 inclined to allow the prayer for bail of the petitioner at this stage. 7.
