Till such time, respondents are directed not to take any coercive steps. 2. The present writ petition is filed the respondents are trying to lay a CC road in the petitioners land without examining the representation of the petitioner dated 21.10.2024. 3. The counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 has placed the written instructions addressed by the District Collector and District Magistrate dated 05.03.2025 that indicates the representation of the petitioner dated 20.10.2024 is examined thoroughly and taken decisions as follows; 1. The road from summer tank to the H.No.4-52 of Sarpanch Smt. V.Varalakshmi at Gollageri Veedhi in Ward No.4 which is objected by the petitioner is not taken up as there is existing CC road. 2. To execute the Cement Concrete road along with side drains (both sides) at East side of House No.4-52 to Gurram Linganna House in Golla Geri Veedhi where there is no Cement Concrete road and drains. 3. In the existing CC road portion at Summer tank to house No.4-52 (Sarpanch Varalakshmi House) taken a decision to form side drains 3 (both sides) only for creating hygienic and health atmosphere in the colony for the villagers. The Superintendent Engineer Panchayat Raj, Kurnool is hereby instructed to execute above the works without any deviation. 4. According to the affidavit of the writ petitioner it is the pleading of the petitioner is that a CC road was existing in between the summer tank to the house Door No.4/52 (Sarpanch Varalakshmi) in Ward No.4 vide CC road. 5. The respondents are intended to lay a new CC road in the existing CC road. 6. According to the written instructions there is no such CC road existed. The 3rd respondent/District Collector had addressed the representation dated 20.10.2024 as directed by this Court. 7. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. Petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the appropriate court aggrieved by the written proceedings dated 05.03.2025.
