Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this review petition, which is filed alongwith an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, a prayer has been made for condonation of 455 days delay in filing the Review Petition. 2. Having heard learned Assistant Advocate General and having perused the application filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, this Court seeks no reason to condone the delay in filing the Review Petition. 3. A perusal of the grounds mentioned in the application demonstrate that a Letters patent Appeal was prepared and the same is also stated to have been filed on 20.06.2025. It is also evident from the application that certain objections were raised by the Registry and the Letters Patent Appeal was returned back and it appears that, thereafter, rather than pursuing the Letters Patent Appeal, this Review Petition was filed. Therefore, in these circumstances, as huge delay of 455 days has not been explained satisfactorily, this Court sees no reason to condone the delay in filing the Review Petition. Accordingly, the application filed for condonation of delay in filing the Review Petition is dismissed, so also is the fate of the Review Petition.
