HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD CONTEMPT APPLICATION (CIVIL) No. - 2975 of 2026 Court No. - 9 HON'BLE ROHIT RANJAN AGARWAL, J. 1. Perused the order dated 23.09.2025 passed in Writ-A No. 14376 of 2025, which reads as under:- "It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner's appointment as a group 'C' employee has been cancelled and she has been reverted to the position as group 'D' post having failed in typing test which was suddenly taken by the respondents without giving her requisite time for preparation. In the given facts and circumstances, while petitioner has been reverted to the position of group 'D' employee, it is hereby provided that she shall continue to enjoy lien on the group 'C' post and hence no fresh appointment shall be made on that post until the next typing test is held. The next typing test of the petitioner shall be held in the first week of December, 2025 and petitioner's result of typing test shall be placed before the Court in a sealed cover on the next date fixed. List on 10th December, 2025. Sri Vishal Singh, learned Standing Counsel shall communicate this order to the District Magistrate, Banda within three day." 2. From perusal of the order, no case for contempt is made out. 3. The contempt application is misconceived and stands dismissed. May 5, 2026 (V. S.
