These are the second bail applications filed under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.358/2025, registered at Police Station Baikunthpur, District Koriya (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 111, 317 (2), 317 (4), 317 (5) of B.N.S. 2. The first bail application of the applicant Ramchandra Yadav was rejected by this Court vide order dated 28.04.2026 in MCRC No.2798/2026, whereas the first bail application of the applicant Ashish Kumar was rejected vide order dated 28.04.2026 in MCRC No.2930/2026. 3. The case of the prosecution, in brief, is that the applicants are alleged to have involved in embezzlement of money through cyber fraud and various other modes. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicants are innocent and have been falsely implicated in crime in question. He further submits that the applicant Ramchandra is in jail since 25.11.2025 the applicant Ashish Kumar is in jail since 29.01.2026 and after dismissal of the bail applications of the applicants, the co-accused Narbadeshankar Sahu has been released on regular bail by this Court vide order dated 01.05.2026 in MCRC No.2958/2026. Therefore, the present applicants may also be released on bail. 3 5. On the other hand, learned State counsel opposes the bail applications and submits that the applicants are involved in serious offence and have cheated a lot of people and the third bail application of the co-accused Mohd. Siddique has already been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 10.07.2026 in MCRC No.6155/2026. He further submits that the trial is at the verge of its completion and is likely to be completed very soon, as most of the prosecution witnesses have been examined, as such applicants may not be released on regular bail at this stage. 6. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused all the documents available on record. 7. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, particularly the fact that the trial is at the verge of its completion, as most of the prosecution witnesses have been examined till date, therefore, I am not inclined to allow the bail applications of the applicants at this stage. 8. Accordingly, the instant bail applications of the applicants are rejected. However, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial at the earliest, preferably within a period of 2 months from today. 9.
