The petitioner was in service since November, 2006 till December 29, 2015 when he tendered his resignation. Though there was no acceptance of resignation as such, there was no letter declining the same either. The petitioner is not in Government service as of now. He is entitled to his GPF and GIS as on December 31, 2015. The petitioner made several representations and lastly on May 5, 2026, which has not been considered by the authorities. 3. The respondent no. 2 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated May 5, 2026 in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from date. 4. I make it clear that the petitioner will not be entitled to any payment post December 31, 2015 nor any interest on the afore-stated amount, if the same is decided in his favour. 5. With the afore-stated directions, WPA 14973 of 2026 is disposed of. 6. There shall be no order as to costs. 7.
