The petitioner is before this Court calling in question the proceedings in C.C.No.347/2010, 16 years have passed by. The circumstance that leads the petitioner to this Court in the subject petition invoking the jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. is that the petitioner has cleared the entire loan amount of the complainant, which is also acknowledged. 3. In the light of the trial being at an advanced stage, there is no question of interference under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. However, I deem it appropriate to dispose the petition directing the concerned Court to take note of the closure of the loan amount while rendering its judgment and also the issue being close to 17 years today, I deem it appropriate to infuse finality by directing the concerned Court to conclude the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:18447 CRL.P No. 807 of 2026 proceedings, within an outer limit of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 4.
