The petitioner is an accused in connection with Bano P.S. Case No. 26 of 2022. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have committed the murder of his own brother. 4. Though it has been submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that there is no direct evidence which would indicate about the participation of the petitioner in committing the murder of his brother and the fact that the petitioner is in custody 09.06.2022 but regard being had to the fact that the trial is on the verge of closure as only one witness is left to be examined, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
