Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that petitioner’s son died by hanging and a complaint was lodged alleging abetment of suicide and criminal conspiracy against daughter-in-law of the complainant and parents of wife of deceased son. It is submitted that till date Sonali Mondal (Das) being wife of deceased is not apprehended. Direction is prayed for upon the concerned police authorities to take steps thereby apprehending wife of deceased person and take the investigation to its logical conclusion at an early date. 3. Learned advocates representing the State respondents has filed a communication dated 02.06.2026 of Inspector-in-Charge, Hasnabad Police Station and the same is taken on record. Copy of the said communication dated 02.06.2026 is made over to the learned advocate representing the petitioner. 2 4. It is disclosed in the communication dated 02.06.2026 that on completing investigation charge-sheet being no. 198/26 dated 10.04.2026 was filed against accused persons. 5. In view of filing of charge-sheet on completion of investigation petitioner needs to approach the jurisdictional magistrate, if occasion so arises. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. 7. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
