1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer(s):
“A. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction quashing and/or staying Notice No. 2305/RNNTL/City Bus/2026 dated 25.05.2026 issued by Respondent No. 1 demanding 48,09,949/- from the Petitioner. ₹ B. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction restraining the Respondents from invoking, encashing, appropriating, adjusting or forfeiting the Petitioner's performance security/FDR furnished under the contract. C. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the Respondents to forthwith disclose and furnish bus-wise/day-wise operation records, route deployment records, trip sheets, non-operation records, calculation sheets and all documents relied upon for computing the alleged dues for January to April 2026. D. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the Respondents to undertake fresh reconciliation of the dues for January 2026 to April 2026 strictly on the basis of actual operation and in light of RNNTL's own Notice dated 05.01.2026 and Credit Notes dated 27.03.2026.

Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the Respondents to grant the Petitioner a personal hearing and pass a reasoned speaking order on the Petitioner's objections and representations. F. Pending final disposal of the present writ petition, stay the operation, implementation and effect of Notice No. 2305/RNNTL/City Bus/2026 dated
25.05.2026. G. Pending final disposal of the present writ petition, restrain the Respondents from taking any coercive steps against the Petitioner, including invocation/forfeiture of the FDR/performance security and recovery proceedings. H. Pending final disposal of the present writ petition, direct the Respondents to maintain status quo with respect to the Petitioner's contractual security and not create any irreversible consequences on the basis of the impugned notice. I. Grant ex parte ad-interim relief in terms of the interim prayers on the first date of hearing. J. Award costs of the petition. K. Pass any further order/orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.”

2. Mr. Pankaj Agrawal, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 submits that he has not received copy of the petition and annexures.

Learned counsel for petitioner is directed to serve copy of petition along with annexures to learned counsel for respondent No.1 during course of the day.
4. As has been argued by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has already made a representation to respondent No.1 for redressal of his grievance, which is stated to be pending and has not been decided.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 states that the grievance of the petitioner would be taken care of.
6. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for parties, the present petition is disposed of. If the representation has not been decided yet, the security deposit, if already not revoked, shall not be revoked till the decision on the representation of the petitioner. The petitioner would be at liberty to take recourse to law against the decision taken by the authority concerned, if so advised.
