This is a civil writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to forthwith take all steps necessary to execute Recovery Certificate No.RC-156-E-1691-2022 dated 27.03.2023. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner would approach respondent No.2 within a period of one week from today with an appropriate application to execute the recovery certificate (Annexure P-2) in view of the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court dated 24.04.2025 passed in CWP-14937-2024. It is submitted that respondent No.2 be directed to execute the recovery certificate expeditiously and in a time bound manner. 3.
