The petitioner is before this Court aggrieved by the order dated 28.10.2024 in Application No.4375/2024 passed by the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal, Bengaluru (for short 'Tribunal') rejecting his prayer to quash the letter dated 27.08.2024 (Annexure-A6) whereunder certain Officers including the petitioner are recommended for suspension for their alleged misconduct. The application filed before the Tribunal by the petitioner was pre-mature. Moreover, the Tribunal after referring to Jail Manual and the duties and responsibilities of the petitioner, rightly of the opinion that any minor negligence on the part of the prison staff is beset with serious and huge consequences, rejected the application. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:33723-DB WP No. 30618 of 2024 4. On going through the writ petition, we do not find any good ground to interfere with the order passed by the Tribunal.
