The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the injunction application is otherwise ready for hearing and August 25, 2026 is fixed for hearing of the said application. Heard the learned advocate for the opposite party on such submission. In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the respective parties, CO 1390 of 2026 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.) at Barasat to take up the hearing of the injunction application on the next date fixed, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing and to make an endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible but preferably within a period of 120 working days from the 2 next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
