Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent of the charges and unnecessarily he has been detained in custody. Learned advocate appearing for the State has drawn the attention of the Court to the statement of the victim under Section 183 of the BNSS as well as the medical report. Having regard to the factum that prima facie, prosecution has been able to establish their case. At this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail without the evidence having commenced. Thus, CRM (M) 2915 of 2025 is dismissed.
2 All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
