When the matter was called, Mr.V.Adinarayana, learned Assistant Government Pleader representing Mr.Rama Chandra Rao Gurram, learned Government Pleader for Higher Education, submitted that pursuant to the Order dated 06.12.2024 passed in W.P. No. 20802 of 2010, respondent No.1 issued orders vide Memo No.3123993/CE/A1/2026, dated 08.02.2026, rejecting the case of the petitioner on merits. In proof thereof, he also placed on record a copy of the Memo dated 08.02.2026. The same is taken on record. 3. At this juncture, Ms.G.Jamuna, learned counsel representing LEO Law Associates LLP for the petitioner fairly submitted that liberty may be granted to challenge the said Memo No.3123993/CE/A1/2026, dated 08.02.2026. 4. Accordingly, recording the said submissions, the contempt case is closed.
