Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has submitted an application in prescribed formate for grant of compassionate appointment on 23.10.2021, however, till date no decision has been taken by Respondent no. 4 on his application and therefore direction be issued to Respondent No. 4 to take decision on the pending application. 2. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the parties, as the prayer of petitioner is only for issuance of direction to Respondent No. 4 to take decision on the application for grant of compassionate appointment, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of without issuance notice to Respondent No. 4, directing Respondent No. 4 to take decision on the pending application of petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment submitted by petitioner on 23.10.2021, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 03 months from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court, if already not decided. 4.
