Issuance of notice to the 4th respondent is dispensed with. 2. The Patta in respect of the petition-mentioned property stands in the name of the writ petitioner’s father. The 4th respondent lodged a complaint alleging that the petitioner’s father obtained a fake patta. Consequently, summon was issued to the petitioner, an inquiry was held and the petitioner offered his objections. The petitioner’s grievance is that till date the said inquiry has not been concluded. Hence, this writ petition has been filed. 3.
