Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated unnecessarily in the instant case without any recovery having been effected. To that effect, learned advocate has referred to the forwarding report dated 16.01.2026. I have taken into account the said forwarding report which reflects that Exhibit ‘G’ which was given by the petitioner and was being taken by the other accused Sentu Sekh when the accused persons were apprehended. Having considered the complicity of the present petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. In spite of service, none appears on behalf of the State. 2 Petitioner would renew his prayer for bail after the stage of consideration of charges are overcome by the jurisdictional Court. At this stage, CRM (M) 1113 of 2026 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
