Rakib (Allowed) CRM (M) 911 of 2026 In Re: An Application for Bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973/Under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in connection with Gazole Police Station case no. 53 of 2024 dated 21.01.2024 under Sections 342/354B/354C/386/509/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 12/14/15/17/18 of the POCSO Act, 2012. Mr. Sourat Nandy ......for the De-facto complainant. Having regard to the fact that in CRM (M) 2404 of 2025 similarly placed accused persons have been granted bail, I am inclined to release the present petitioner namely, Sachin Mandal, who is in custody for one year ten months. Accordingly, petitioner namely, Sachin Mandal be released on bail on same terms and conditions as was imposed upon the other accused persons namely, Sujit Halder and Bikaram Bala @ Bikram Bala in CRM (M) 2404 of 2025. Thus, CRM (M) 911 of 2026 is allowed. Report and memo of evidence submitted by the State be kept with the record. 2 All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
