The first being Physical Measurement Test (PMT), followed by Physical Screening Test (PST) for the candidates who qualify the PMT, whereafter they are required to undergo a Knowledge Test (KT). It is further submitted that, as the number of candidates to be assessed is huge, the Haryana Staff Selection Commission (for short ‘the Commission’) does not intend to disturb the ongoing schedule. However, before the knowledge test is undertaken, the orders of this Court shall be positively complied with in letter and spirit, subject to the final order that may be passed in the writ petition. The Knowledge Test will be conducted for all together, including the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the categoric stand taken by the respondent, as noticed above, no useful purpose would be served by keeping this petition pending. He, however, reserves liberty to approach this Court again, in case the respondent defaults in taking the aforesaid steps. Accordingly, he does not press the present petition at this stage, with liberty aforesaid. 4. Ordered accordingly.
