Karan Singh, ... for the State. Affidavit of service filed by the petitioners is taken on record. The defacto complainant is not represented despite service. On prayer of the petitioner, liberty is granted to correct the cause title of the application. The petitioners are the parents of the principal accused who has been charged with the offence under Sections 137(2)/143(5) of the BNS. The victim girl has been recovered and sent to her parents by the petitioners. The principal accused is in custody. Custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required for the purpose of investigation. The petitioners may be granted anticipatory bail. Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the petitioners namely Nirapada Digar @ Manik Digar and Champa Digar be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. They shall appear before the learned jurisdictional Court and pray for regular bail within two weeks from date. 2 The application for anticipatory bail is disposed of. Case Diary be returned.
