It is has further been stated that after re-fixation of pay, the total arrears admissible to the petitioner work out to Rs.50,915- (Rupees Fifty Thousands Nine Hundred Fifteen only) and budget to meet out first installment of arrear amounting to Rs.16971/-, has been provided to the concerned treasury vide sanction letter dated 07.10.2026. 2. Therefore, in view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in the present contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed and disposed of.
