Rajinder Singh, TGT (Medical) Vs. State of H.P. & Others, Smt. Pushpa Lata, TGT (Medical), who is under transfer from GSSS, Bagshar, District Mandi to GSSS, Dharamshala, District Kangra, is hereby adjusted at GHS, Kand District Kangra, against Smt. Shanta Devi, TGT (Medical), on vice- versa basis. Consequently, Smt. Shanta Devi, TGT (Medical), is hereby transferred from GHS, Kand District Kangra to GSSS, Bagshar District Mandi, vice Smt. Pushpa Lata, TGT (Medical) with TTA/JT to Smt. Shanta Kumari. The fresh representation submitted by Smt.
