This is an application filed by the petitioner praying for grant of anticipatory bail in terms of Sections 482 and 484 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, as the petitioner has been allegedly implicated in a criminal case registered under Section(s) 303(2) of the B.N.S. in connection with Satgawan P.S. Case No. 108/2024, pending in the Court of learned J.M. 1st Class, Koderma. 3. Earlier anticipatory bail application was withdrawn. After withdrawing, again the petitioner has filed this anticipatory bail application. The earlier anticipatory bail application was withdrawn meaning thereby that the Court was not inclined to grant anticipatory bail thus, the same was withdrawn. Filing of this successive application amounts to abuse and misuse of proceeding of the Court. 4. Thus, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in connection with Satgawan P.S. Case No.108/2024, pending in the Court of learned J.M. 1st Class, Koderma, is rejected. 5.
