To Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to forthwith release and transfer the sum of Rs.5,40,000/-deposited in account No.1201/901480 to the authorized current account of the petitioner society maintained at Bank of Baroda, J.C Road Branch, Bengaluru vide Account No.73830200003401 in terms of the legal notice dated 25.08.2025 as per Annexure-A; B. pass such other order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice and equity. 2.
