Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that similarly placed accused has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 862 of 2026. Learned advocate appearing for the state opposes the prayer for bail but is unable to refute the contention relating to locus of the present petitioner being different from the other accused who has been granted bail. In view of the aforesaid, I am inclined to release the present petitioner namely, Abdul on bail on same terms and conditions as was imposed upon Golam Murtoza @ Golam Mortuja @ Golam Murtaza in CRM (NDPS) 862 of 2026. Thus, CRM (NDPS) 1394 of 2026 is allowed. 2 All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
