This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the Order dated 22.08.2025, passed in WPSB No.349 of 2025, “Bijaya Mohanta vs. State of Uttarakhand and Others”. 2. Heard Mr. Bhagwat Mehra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ramji Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent. 3. Mr. Ramji Srivastava, Advocate, submitted that a corrigendum has already been issued by the respondent. 4. After the said submissions of Mr. Ramji Srivastava, Advocate, Mr. Bhagwat Mehra, Advocate, submitted that the petitioner does not want to pursue any further proceedings regarding the directions contained in the paragraph number 14 of the Order dated 13.08.2025, passed in WPSB No.332 of 2025, “Mayank Kumar Jamini vs. State of Uttarakhand and Others”. 5.
