On the ground that respondent No.2 - Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies does not hear the matter, the present writ petition is filed with the following prayers: Wherefore, it is prayed that this Hon'ble court be pleased to call for records and issue: - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:32002 WP No. 18749 of 2026 "a) Issue a writ of certiorari quash the impugned order dated 13.05.2025 passed by the 3rd respondent vide Annexure-G, in the interest of justice and equity. b) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondent No.3, to consider the Interlocutory application immediately which was filed by the petitioners in the appeal No.JRM/DAP/05/2025-26. U/s 106 dated 09.06.2025 vide annexure-J. In the interest of justice and equity. c) Issue such other order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit under the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity." 2. However, in the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to dispose of the appeal as well as interlocutory application as expeditiously as possible within a specific time frame. 4. Learned AGA upon instructions, submits that, appeal would be disposed of within a period of four months. 5.
