During the course of submissions, learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty pursue legal remedies before the competent court. Learned senior counsel submits that despite an order passed by the learned trial court dated 4th February, 2025, the banks have not returned the money. 2 2. This court would be hesitant to issue any specific direction in the present writ petition having been withdrawn. However, would always remind the learned trial court to ensure the orders passed by it are executed in letter and spirit. 3. Mr. Biplab Mukherjee, Inspector of Police, Lake Town P.S. is present in-person. His present is dispensed with. 4. Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. 5.
