Heard Sri. Shridhara K., learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, Sri. B.N. Jagadeesha, learned Addl. SPP appearing for the respondent and have perused the material on record. 3. These petitioners have preferred Crl.P.No.10816/2025, in which, the Co-ordinate Bench has granted an interim order of stay of all investigation qua all the accused who are the petitioners in the case at hand. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:19200 CRL.P No. 11122 of 2025 4. In the light of the interim order so granted, there would be no necessity for securing an anticipatory bail at the hands of the concerned Court or before this Court. 5. Reserving liberty to these petitioners to seek revival of the subject bail petition in the event the interim order so granted in Crl.P.No.10816/2025 gets vacated or the petition stands dismissed, the subject petition is closed.
