It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is being asked by the concerned police authority to attend the police station for interrogation and according to the petitioner, such steps are not required considering the facts involved in this case. It is also contended that without issuing notice, petitioner is being orally asked by the police authority to attend the police station. 2. However, during the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of the Court that concerned police authority of Bhadreswar Police Station issued a notice for enquiry on 13th June, 2026 and petitioner received such notice. 3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner since notice dated 13th June, 2026 is received by him, he will appear before the concerned police authority soon. 4. Communication dated 28th June, 2026 of Inspector-in- Charge, Bhadreswar Police Station, Chandannagar 2 Police Commissionerate is filed on behalf of the State respondents and same is taken on record. 5. Since notice is issued to the petitioner for conducting enquiry, petitioner is directed to immediately appear before the concerned police authority at Bhadreswar Police Station and co-operate investigating agency to carry out enquiry. 6.
