(ORAL) Civil Suit bearing CIS No.CS-3007-2022 %tled M/s Chaman Lal Bhalla vs. Sukhwinder Singh, is pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Amritsar. An applica%on under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC moved by the plain%ff (pe%%oner herein) in that suit was allowed by the trial Court way back on 08.08.2024. Alleging that the respondents were viola%ng the stay order, an applica%on for police help was moved on 18.12.2025 for implementa%on of the order. 2. Grievance of the pe%%oner is that the applica%on has not been disposed of %ll date. Learned counsel has drawn a>en%on towards various zimni orders passed by the Court as per which, arguments addressed by the pe%%oner on that applica%on were heard on 05.03.2026. At the request of the counsel for the respondent, the ma>er was adjourned. ThereaBer part arguments on behalf of the respondents were heard on 12.03.2026 and the ma>er is being now adjourned %me and again for concluding the arguments. 3. Having no%ced the aforesaid conten%ons, the present pe%%on is hereby disposed of with a direc%on to the concerned trial Court to dispose of the applica%on Annexure P-10 seeking police help expedi%ously preferably within a period of one month.
