By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ/ order/and directing to the respondent no. 3 to not dispossess the petitioner from the land of petitioner which has been allotted by the State Government/ respondent no. 4 and 5. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent no 3 to give compensatory cost to the petitioner for loss of his house which is situated over his allotted land which has been demolished by the respondent no. 3 by illegal manner. 10.3 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/ direction or take self cognizance with regard to intentionally and deliberately violation of order dated 23.02.2006 passed by this Hon'ble Court against the respondent no. 3. 10.4 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as if may deem fit and appropriate. 10.5 Cost of the petition may also be given.” 3 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach the concerned authority by availing the efficacious alternative remedy available to him under the relevant statutory provisions. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the other side raises no objection to the aforesaid prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record, it appears that the prayer made by the petitioner is fair and reasonable. 5. Accordingly, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the concerned authority and avail the appropriate remedy available to him under Section 403 of the Municipal Corporation Act, in accordance with law. 6.
