By the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks direction upon the respondent authorities to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12th March, 2024. 2. The petitioner contends that on her application, she was transferred from Bamarrah Urdu Girls Pry. School under Raghunathpur-II Circle, District-Purulia to Talkuri Nazrul F.P. School under Hirapur Circle, District-Paschim Bardhaman. However, the school where the petitioner was transferred is of the Medium Hindi-Bengali and not Urdu Medium. On 12th March, 2024 the petitioner made a representation seeking change of the Medium from Hindi to Urdu Medium. On 15th March, 2024 the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Purulia forwarded such prayer of the petitioner to the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education for appropriate action and rectification. However, the same is still pending consideration. Hence, this writ petition. 3. The learned advocates for respective parties submit that matter be relegated to the Board for consideration. 4. In view of the above, Respondent No.2, the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education is directed to consider the letter of Chairman, District Primary School Council, Purulia dated 15th March, 2024 under Memo No.1022/1 and take all consequential steps within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order. 5. Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to communicate this order to Respondent No.2, the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education, for necessary compliance. 6. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition being WPA 29955 of 2024 stands disposed of. 7. Since no affidavits have been called for, the allegation made in the writ petition is deemed to be not admitted. 8. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 9. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. 10. There shall be no order as to costs. 11. All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 2 12.
