The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 111(3), 111(4), 111(6), 111(7), 308(3), 308(4), 351(3), 352, 3(5) of B.N.S 3. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is languishing in jail since 30.10.2025. He further submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and her name has transpired mainly on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. He further submits that the same and similar co-accused has been granted bail vide order dated 30.03.2026 in B.A. No.2601/2026 by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. 4. Per Contra, learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail. 5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and looking to the fact that the co-accused has been granted bail, the Petitioner is enlarged on bail by furnishing bail bond of ₹ 20,000/- (INR Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JMFC at Ranchi in connection with Lalpur P.S. Further the petitioner will submit photocopy of her Aadhar Card and mobile number before the court below which she will always keep active and will not change and if any adverse report will come against this petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of this petitioner.
