The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation submits that enquiry must have been completed, and the petitioner has also attained the age of superannuation during the pendency of the writ petition. 4. Considering the same, the enquiry initiated against the petitioner has been completed. No further orders are required in the writ petition. Accordingly, writ petition is closed.
