Learned advocate for the State submits that one of the accused persons is absconding. In view of the Section 232 of the BNSS, it is directed that the learned trial court would split up the trial of the case at the earliest and adhere to the present provision. At this stage, considering the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected. The petitioner would renew his prayer for bail at the appropriate stage. 2 Accordingly, CRM (M) 1099 of 2026 is dismissed. Memo of Evidence submitted be kept with the record.
