Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AGA for respondent Nos.1, 2 and 8 and learned counsel for the respondent No.3 to 7 and perused the material on record. - 7 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:18558 WP No. 10562 of 2026 3. It is the grievance of the petitioners that their representations dated 05.01.2026, 29.12.2025, 05.01.2026, 29.12.2025, 05.01.2026, 29.12.2025, 05.01.2026 and 29.12.2025 at Annexures-M, M1, N, N1, P, P1, Q, Q1 respectively submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioners are before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, respondent Nos.2 and 3 are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioners and consider their representations dated 05.01.2026, 29.12.2025, 05.01.2026, 29.12.2025, 05.01.2026, 29.12.2025, 05.01.2026 and 29.12.2025 at Annexures-M, M1, N, N1, P, P1, Q, Q1 respectively and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision bearing in mind and taking into account the judgment passed in W.P.No.101474/2025 dated 02.12.2025 (Dharwad Bench) and in accordance with law, - 8 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:18558 WP No. 10562 of 2026 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
