The said suit was decreed. Challenging the same, this appeal was filed by the defendants. 2. The delay was condoned on 21.01.2014. However, there is no interim order on the preliminary decree passed on 07.08.2012. 3. On 10.07.2025, none appeared on either side. 4. Today also, there is no representation from either side. 5. In view of the above, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for “want of prosecution’. There shall be no order as to costs.
