The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has placed before this Court the communication dated 19.01.2026. As per the same, the sale notice along with possession notice is recalled and sale is cancelled as accounts are regularised. It is submitted that as no proceedings under the SARFAESI Act are pending and the accounts are regularised, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. 3.
