The revisional application has been preferred praying of expeditious disposal of proceedings being C.R. Case No.487 of 2021 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, pending before the court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court at Durgapur, Paschim Burdwan. 2. It appears that the proceeding before the trial court is pending since 2021. 3. Considering the nature of relief prayed for, service is dispensed with and the revisional application is disposed of with a direction that the trial court shall make all endeavours to disposed of the proceedings being C.R. Case No.487 of 2021 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, pending before the court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court at Durgapur, Paschim Burdwan, expeditiously preferably within three months from the date of communication of this order. 4.
