This is the first bail application filed under Section 483 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 179/2026 registered at Police Station- Gharghoda, District Raigarh (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 34(2) and 59(d) of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act. 2. From perusal of the record, it appears that the present bail application suffers from various defects, as pointed out by the KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 Registry. However, it seems that the applicant has not taken steps to cure those defects till date. 3. In view of the above, the present bail application is dismissed on this ground alone, with liberty to the applicant to file a fresh bail application after rectifying the said defects as per rules. 4.
