By way of filing the instant petition, a challenge has been made to the impugned FIR No. 463/2014, registered with Police Station Shyam Nagar, Jaipur (South) for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 195, 82, 83 & 120B IPC and a prayer has been made for quashing of the same. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor has apprised this Court, on the basis of the factual report received from SHO Police Station Shyam Nagar, Jaipur (South), that the alleged offences were found to be proved against the petitioner but he passed away on 11.05.2017 and his death certificate was obtained by the Investigating Agency and the factum of his death was accordingly verified. Learned counsel further submits that the Final Report, [2026:RJ-JP:14309] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-1012/2015] taking into account the death of the petitioner, has been submitted before the Court of Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate No. 15, Jaipur Metropolitan, Jaipur on 15.09.2017. 3. Counsel submits that under these changed circumstances, the instant petition has become infructuous. 4. Considering the above, the instant petition is dismissed as rendered infructuous. Stay application and all pending application(s), if any, shall also stand dismissed. 5.
